Bryan and Maggie

Maggie came into the shelter as a stray. She was matted, dirty and very sad. She loved attention, and would light up whenever anyone stopped at her cage, but what she really wanted was a home with people that loved her. A groomer volunteered to clean her up. She got a good bath and haircut to remove all the mats and dirt. This clearly helped her to feel better.

One day Bryan came in with his family. They saw her and, as Bryan put it, "It was love at first sight." While they were waiting for the adoption process to be completed Maggie's new family came to visit her every day at the shelter. The whole family grew closely attached to her even before she went home. "I'm looking forward to making her a part of our family," said Bryan.

Maggie went to her new home. We know she and her new family will be very happy together.
