The Remote

Maggie's traveling this week. And at some point in the middle of last night, I half woke-up and started searching around for the remote control. I couldn't find it anywhere in my bed, and gave up after about 10 minutes.

I just realized why I was looking for the remote in my bed:
since I was sleeping alone, I instinctively assumed I was on the sofa.
